I'm looking forward to hearing how the Key is changing your life. Give it at least until Full Moon to manifest things for you, and then by all means -- share if you'd like! Feel free to drop me an email and I'll set up a post for those that made a Key to comment on so you can share your experiences. :-)

That's one of the reasons I posted it. Many people don't like Bon Jovi either. I like to challenge people to find beauty in places they would normally not think to look. :-)

I'm not a huge fan of Miley Cyrus, but this song does have a profound message. Thanks for posting it, Sitara!

A couple of weeks ago I posted part of one of my favorite poems on facebook. After my daughter read it she told me to find this song and listen to it. The message is the same even if the words are different. Now you put it up on your site.....hmmmm....is someone trying to tell me something?
I think Hecate's Key is opening a whole new world for me. A lot has been happening the last few days and after I have a chance to concentrate on it and sort everything out, I will tell you some of my experiences since I did Hecate's Key Ritual.

The poem I like so well is:

IT'S THE JOURNEY THAT'S IMPORTANT
by John McLeod

Life, sometimes so wearying
Is worth its weight in gold
The experience of traveling
Lends a wisdom that is old
Beyond our 'living memory'
A softly spoken prayer:
"It's the journey that's important,
Not the getting there!"

Ins and outs and ups and downs
Life's road meanders aimlessly?
Or so it seems, but somehow
Leads us where we need to be,
And being simply human
We oft question and compare....
"Is the journey so important
Or the getting there?"

And thus it's always been
That question pondered down the ages
By simple men with simple ways
To wise and ancient sages....
How sweet then, quietly knowing
Reaching destination fair:
"It's the journey that's important,
Not the getting there!"

Excellent choice! The first two lines hit me...about seeing the dream and hearing the voice in my head saying I won't get there. What a loud and persistent voice it is, too. I want to write a response to the voice: "Shut up and keep walking!"
