One of my favorite parts of writing and publishing is getting letters and emails from readers.  I love to hear what they think, how what I write makes them feel, and how my perspective enhances another person’s experience.  As my readership grows and I make more connections with people through my work, I’m beginning to receive more and more emails containing some very interesting and insightful questions.  I try to answer all emails I receive, and occasionally, a question from a reader prompts me to write some really wonderful letters and responses.

Looking back through some of these Question and Answer exchanges, I realized that I wanted to be able to share some of these.  In part, I want people to realize that they aren’t alone with their questions.  The Craft encompasses such a wide range of knowledge and skills that it’s natural to ask for more information as one is learning.  Then there is the human experience for which we turn to faith and spiritual practice.  This aspect of our magickal life stirs up questions as old as human existence itself.  And sometimes, you just need a bit of advice or perspective on how someone on this path deals with the ups-and-downs-and-drive-bys of daily life.

That’s the purpose for this little corner of my site.  If you have a question you’d like to have answered, fill out the Contact form below with your query or conundrum.  Unless you ask me to specifically NOT publish it on the website, soon after you’ll be able to check back and find your question and answer here.  All posts will have YOUR question as the title so that others who visit here after you will also be able to share in this process of learning together.  Believe me, I learn as much from answering your questions as you!  Some questions I’ve not asked myself in years only to find that, when a reader asks, my answer has grown or changed from my earlier experiences along my path.

I will endeavor to answer any questions submitted.  If it happens to touch on a subject about which I’m not familiar, I’m going to flat-out tell you so.  However, I am also fairly well networked with other pagan authors and teachers, so I’ll also do my best to get you some links, some resources, and/or book recommendations so that you can continue to move forward in your learning.

Finally, please remember that any answers I give are the answers I have researched and learned, discovered and internalized.  Let the answer you receive be a stepping stone and not a millstone around your neck.  Hold our exchange lightly in your mind and heart.  If it resonates with you, then wonderful!  Make it part of you.  If it does not resonate, remember that no one appointed me “Witch Queen of the Known Universe Of You”!  If you ever reach a point where you stop questioning what you hear, you are in danger.  Anything of worth and value withstands scrutiny.  I hope my answers will hold up, however, if they do not, it is your responsibility to seek better answers.  After all, the Craft of the Wise is a growing and evolving thing.  Those of us who are leaders and teachers, writers and priest/esses want to see future generations of Witches, Pagans, and Earthfolk go beyond us in ability and wisdom.  Unlike most question/answer processes where the answered question is the end of the issue, I hope you will see each answer as the beginning of the next lesson on your path and that you will have the courage to push farther and open even more deeply to the Mysteries.
